When the Day Met the Night

I absolutely adore this matching top and skirt set from Motel. Not only is the fit perfect but the rustic sun and moon pattern is probably my new favourite print. The cross back detail is definitely another bonus - body con has never been so great and my favourite way to bare your back without your top falling down! I wore this before with my friends denim shirt to keep warm, but here I've matched it with a white shirt to keep the colours more muted.  I don't normally go for eyeliner, but once I was wearing a mostly black outfit, black tights and black boots it only seemed right. The boots are from Banggood, which I added some cute frilly socks to add another segment of white amongst the black. I wasn't sure about the feather accessory at first, but when I used the tan bag it added a certain warmth to the look which tied in with my ombre hair. Then of course my jewellery had to be gold. Hope you like these pieces as much as I do!
