Tip of the Collar

I thought the material of this dress might be a bit.. odd? but I was totally wrong! It's so shimmery and glam, defo a new year's piece, but also great as a skirt with a jumper and shirt :) I love the cut of the hem - maxi dress or cute little floaty skirt? Well it's both - bonus. And definitely more classy than tinsel.
